Account Registration & Verification

Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information constitutes grounds for immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of any Account balance.
mega338 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage of the Account relationship, including but not limited to: government-issued photo identification, proof of residential address, and source-of-funds documentation. Players who fail to complete verification to mega338's satisfaction within the timeframes stipulated may have their Account restricted or closed.
Account credentials including your username and password are personal and confidential. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login details. mega338 shall not be liable for any loss or unauthorised access arising from your failure to safeguard your Account credentials. Any suspected breach of Account security must be reported to our support team immediately.

Deposits & Withdrawals
mega338 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) via supported payment methods including DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong, and selected cryptocurrency networks (Bitcoin, Ethereum, Tether USDT). Available methods and minimum transaction amounts are subject to change without prior notice.
Deposits: All deposits are credited to your Account upon confirmed receipt by mega338's payment processor. mega338 does not accept cash, third-party deposits, or payments originating from accounts held in a name other than that of the registered Account holder. Minimum deposit amounts vary by method and are displayed at the time of transaction.
Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit, where technically feasible. All withdrawal requests are subject to identity and fraud verification. mega338 reserves the right to delay or withold a withdrawal pending completion of KYC or investigation of suspected fraudulent activity. Bonuses & Promotions

Where any conflict exists between individual promotion terms and these General Terms, the individual promotion terms shall prevail.

Gameplay & Betting Rules
All games and betting markets available on mega338 are governed by the specific rules applicable to each game type or sporting event. Sports Betting: Bets are settled according to official results from the relevant governing body of each sport. Intellectual Property

Termination & Suspension

Upon termination of an Account by mega338 for cause, any bonus funds and associated winnings shall be forfeited. Real-money balances may be returned to the Account holder following completion of any outstanding investigation and verification procedures, subject to applicable deductions for charges or liabilities owed to mega338.
Players may close their own Account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon voluntary closure, any real-money balance will be returned to the Player's verified payment method after final identity verification.
